Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Agreement
By downloading or using the Tudu app ("the app"), developed by dopell ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The app
Tudu is a planner that turns what you say or type into tasks, reminders, and notes. Features may change over time.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.
4. Free trial and purchase
- Android. The app includes a 14-day free trial that starts on first launch. After the trial, creating new tasks and voice input require a one-time purchase that unlocks the app on your Google account for good. Your existing tasks stay available to view, check off, and export without a purchase.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
- iOS. The 14-day free trial starts when you choose it in the app. After it, creating new tasks and voice input require the one-time full-version purchase. Purchases are processed by the App Store, and refunds follow Apple's policies. If you installed Tudu while it was free, you keep full access.
5. Fair use of the parsing service
Turning speech and text into tasks uses our server and paid AI services, so daily limits apply to each installation. You agree not to:
- send automated or bulk requests, or use the service outside the app;
- try to bypass limits, extract keys, or interfere with the service;
- use the app for anything illegal.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
6. AI results
Tasks, dates, and reminders are created automatically and can be wrong. Check anything important. We aren't responsible for missed deadlines or other consequences of incorrect parsing.
7. Your content
Your tasks and notes belong to you and are stored on your device. You're responsible for what you dictate or type.
8. Availability
Parsing needs an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
11. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the parsing service for use that breaks these terms.
12. Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the developer contact email listed on Tudu's Google Play page.
